House in a Nature Reserve

The house is comfortable -all mod cons. Plus there is a canoe so you can watch varied birdlife up close. The nature reserve is great for walking. The water in the canal is usually clean enough for swimming - there is also a pool. Two minutes away, in the complex is a good pizza restaurant and also Asian food. 10 minutes walk to Muizenberg beach. The dates however are a bit restrictive - I need to be in NIce France from 3 December until 20 December. My house is available for the whole of December 2015.

About the location

Muizenberg has a good vibe with a clean beach and good surfing and swimming. You can walk to Kalk Bay and buy fish off the boats. Easy access to shops - all walking distance. It is enjoyable to catch a train into the Cape Town City Centre.
