Lovely quiet apartment - central Rome

A lovely quiet place in central Rome with a very big garden. The market is across the road and many shops too. It is not a crowded touristic area but center city.The building from 1922 Liberty style or Art Deco was projected by my husbands grandfather.

We have two doormen, two entrances, you just cross the garden.

I know its very hot during July and August, thats why I love to go to cooler countries.

I do swap in July and August with two rooms and 3 beds. If you would like to visit other months and I will be at home, its ok with me for one couple. You will have one room and your own private bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen.

About the location

This Rome area is called Prati -della Vittoria, the house was built in the 1920 it is very safe and calm area of Rome.
We have two doormen. Lots of ”in” restaurants, bars and shops and a very nice market every day exept sundays, just across the street.

By foot it takes 15 minutes to piazza del Popolo or 2 bus stops, the Vatican, on walking distance about 20 minutes,to the metro is a 10 minutes walk.

From the airport :
The best way to get here is the ”SIT bus Shuttle ”from Fco airport. You pay at the bus, it goes to Termini but you get off at the Vaticano stop (piazza Cavour) there you find a taxi which should be around 9 Euros.

Outside the airport you turn right and it’s a few minutes walk to the bus, look up because there are many buses leaving from there.

If you arrive to the Cia airport there is the same company and others like Terravision but buses go directly to Termini train station only, from there you take the metro to Lepanto or to prefer is the taxi (only white taxis standing on line outside the station). Ask how much it will cost and check that they turned the taximeter on!
