Central London Zone 1 2 Bedroom Apartment looking for Long Term Home Exchange + Car Exchange

Our apartment is on the 15th floor with sensational views across Central and East London.

The property is very much an inner city apartment and close to everything the center of London offers.

It is a 10 minute walk down the road to reach Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Being in the central London area, there are extensive public transport links to all of the local attractions.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment and it has 2 x Queen Size double beds. There are two settees but we have never tried sleeping on these.

If your home exchange property is located outside the central city area (that has a lot of public transport) then we would require exchanging our apartment without a car for your home + car exchange as we find this solves the hassles of home exchanging with places that have either little or no public transport.

We have cable TV, ADSL broadband wireless internet access and all of the typical modern conveniences (but no dishwasher).

Being in the center of London most houses/apartments have only on-street parking which means it is often extremely difficult to find a parking space. For that reason we do not have a car. Instead we have access to the extensive London transport network.

We do have 3 bicycles (mountain bikes) which we use to ride around Central London and often to go shopping on. These bicycles can also be included in the home swap.

There are supermarkets nearby (Tesco and a Co-Op) which is a 5 minute walk away.

The London Underground (Bermondsey Station Zone 2) is a 5 minute walk away. The London Bridge Railway Station (Zone 1) is 20 minute walk away.

We also have a variety of Satellite & Cable television (Sky, Freesat and Talk-Talk Youview) channels and numerous radio channels.

We have wireless internet so if you bring your laptop/notebook computer you can access the internet anywhere in our home.
