Amber Cottage

Our semi-detached cottage is located on a quiet lane in a village two miles from Dorchester. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds and a small bedroom with bunks). The ground floor comprises a large fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, study, sitting room and shower room. There are a few steps up from the lane to the garden which is at the front of the house and there is a small patio garden at the rear. There is gas central heating throughout.

About the location

There is easy access to the Jurassic coast, countryside walks and attractions, and Dorset`s lovely market towns. Our village has a church, shop and post office and two pubs. A car is recommended but there are a few buses on weekdays to Dorchester which has excellent public transport, several museums, two cinemas and many restaurants and cafes. It is an easy walk into town, partly on a broad pavement and then off-road on a tarmac footpath/cycleway.
