Quiet, cosy cottage - Bournemouth

A four (small) bedroom, detached, quiet cottage dating from 1880s, with great character but also all modern requirements.

The garden is south facing and is sunny for most of the day. I am a keen gardener and there is always home grown produce of some kind just waiting to be picked! As the house is set away from the road, it is quiet and birds love it too.

Wifi has recently been upgraded for better connection speed.

About the location

A vibrant area, in term time bustling with students, but in the holidays a sleepy seaside town. It`s really close to amenities (5 mins walk) and within easy reach of the seafront and town centre by public transport and by bike (about 15 mins). We love that all we need is within short walking distance: bakeries, grocers, butchers and of course cafes and restaurants too.

We have many playparks for children within walking distance, including a paddling pool.

Lots of local beaches, plus The New Forest a short drive away.
