We have a 3-bedroom semi-detached house on the edge of beautiful Hebden Bridge.

It`s comfortable, quiet and has the following facilities.

Lounge with sofas and dining table/chairs. There's a 42 inch tv with Netflix, Prime and we have a google Home hub.
Sitting room with stereo unit and doors opening onto the patio.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher

2 double bedrooms with integrated wardrobes
1 smaller box-room with a double bed

There`s a large terraced garden with great views of the surrounding hills, a summer-house, gazebo and tables, and chairs in different areas.

There are steps up to the house from the road so it may not be suitable for young children or people with walking difficulties.

About the location

We are located on the edge of funky Hebden Bridge with its trendy independent shops and vibrant cafe/restaurant scene.

There are bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops and an independent cinema a short walk away.

Hebden Bridge is located between Manchester and Leeds, and each is easily reached by train.

We are a short walk from town and on the edge of the beautiful West Yorkshire countryside. There are countless walks from the house. Hardcastle Crags is an easy walk and the hills towards Heptonstall are just at the back of the house.

The canal towpath leading towards Halifax in one direction and Manchester in the other makes for an easy and beautiful walk.
