The main living area has a well equipped kitchen / lounge with patio door overlooking a leisure dock. The patio doors open onto a small balcony.

There are two small double bedrooms - with double beds - off from the hallway. The bathroom has an over the bath shower.

About the location

The Apartment sits on a fabulous and stunning cycle network. The area is used for triathlons and the dock is used for swimming, and paddle boarding/canoeing. You can hire paddleboards on the dock side (although seasonal) and there is a cycle hire shop within walking distance.

There are three restaurants within a short walk from the apartment.

There are several golf courses in the area. We would recommend Machynys Peninsula Golf Club and Premier Spa. The first Nicklaus designed golf course in Wales. Check it out on the internet. It's about a mile walk from the apartment.

The railway station is a 10 minute walk from Pentra Doc.

Llanelli town centre, a 15 minute walk from the apartment. It has a really interesting weatherspoons - A renovated old cinema. The town has a new theatre, cinema and an old traditional market selling locally picked cockles and lava bread (seaweed)
If you decide to drive, you can visit Tenby or Gower in about an hour. There are so many beautiful places to visit.
