My home is on the third floor on a building of four floors. In all, we are 16 neighbours, but some of the homes are not always occupied. My home is letter C which is the larger one together with letter A. Flats with letter B are smaller with two bedrooms, Flats with letter D, are just a one-room appartment.
The building is just facing a small park with the mouth of "Canal de Castilla", offering small boat trips in spring and summer.
This town has got a long history with four Church monuments, dating from XVI --- XVII centuries. The old town is famous for its long arcaded street. In the Middle Ages there was a famous market for Arab, Jewish and christian merchants.
Ideally I`m looking to get in contact with a retired gentlemen or retired couples, who are looking for a shared accommodation exchange.
About the location
The area is name Castilla which in the Middle Ages was the heart of the whole Spain, with the main spanish kingdom initiated and created the Royal Caholics -Isabel & Fernando.
So, we are in the centre of Spain, with a rural environment dedicated to the countryside and the cultivation of cereals, as well as cattle and sheep farming. The area is not far from Salamance, León, Zamora, Palencia, which have quite importand old monuments, such as churches and palaces...
