My house is a comfortable semi-detached Edwardian house with patio, parking and a long attractive garden. It is situated in a quiet treelined street within a 5-10mins walk, through a park and passed a leisure complex, to the town centre.
There is a kitchen/diner with all necessary appliances. The living room opens out onto a patio for al fresco eating. There is 49inch smart TV and DVD. Downstairs there is also a twin bedded room and a separate toilet and washbasin. The family bathroom is upstairs with a bath and electric shower and two double bedrooms. The garden is a delight in the summer. The station is a 20min walk.

About the location
Hitchin is a delightful old market town to the north of London surrounded by picturesque villages. It is regarded as a great place to live because of its character, proximity to countryside and major cities and good rail and road links to other parts of the country. The station is walkable and trains regularly go to Cambridge and into London, Kings Cross (30mins). This is the hub for getting the Eurostar trains to Europe. There are also good rail and road links to other parts of the country.
If you are interested in exploring further afield, we have a holiday home in a lovely scenic area of Wales which maybe available. We enjoy the drive there through the Cotswolds. Lots on offer.
