Family house near nature and Stockholm city

Spacious house with all amenities in neighborhood surrounded by forests and lakes. Bus stop just outside the house (15 minutes to the city). The house is fully furnished and has four bedrooms (one with king size bed 210 cm, one with a double bed 140 cm, and two with single beds 105 cm), 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, a small library, dining area for 8-10 people. Sunny garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

It’s a sloping house and you have the house and garden to yourselves, except from an apartment on the ground floor (you only share the driveway).

About the location

Nacka nature reserve is perfect for swimming, running and forest walks. From the house there is only a few minutes walk to two beautiful lakes where you can go swimming in the summer. Nearby you can work out at an outdoor gym or have a sauna, in winter time ice-skating and cross-country skiing. A small playground with swings and climbing frame across the street.

Stockholm city is 6-7 km away, around 20 minutes by bus, a beautiful city situated on islands. Groceries and shopping in Sickla; 3 minutes away by car, 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes by foot. We have two bicycles that you can borrow.
