The Top Spot in Chester
Our beautiful top floor apartment is modern and spacious. We’re located in the Garden Quarter overlooking the canal basin and roving bridge in the historic city of Chester.
The apartment is part of a premier development completed in 2014.
From the lounge and our cute little balcony there are far reaching views to Clywdian hills of North Wales, we enjoy sitting with our morning coffee watching the hustle and bustle of canal life below us. The lounge/kitchen diner has a southwest aspect so we enjoy the afternoon sunshine and super sunsets. There is a smart tv and full fibre broadband.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, electric oven and induction hob washing machine, microwave, toaster and air fryer.
The master bedroom has a new king size bed, with memory foam mattress. There is an enclosed floor to ceiling balcony with views over the city.
The spacious bathroom has a full bath, over shower and heated towel rail.
The second smaller bedroom, has a new 4ft double bed and memory foam mattress, please note this is against the wall on one side.
We have amazing views from our top floor flat, but please be aware the apartments do not have lift access.
There are electric heaters in every room, and there is a modern efficient water heater.
All towels and linens are provided.
There are just 2 apartments per floor, and we benefit from modern insulation and soundproofing.
We have an allocated parking space within the complex.
About the location
The apartment is two minutes walk to the Roman Walls, accessed at The Water Tower steps. The walls are the only full circle of walkable Roman walls in Britain, allowing you quick access to the heart of the medieval city, including The Rows, the unique half timbered galleries over two levels, which are now home to a vast range of shops, cafes and restaurants. The worlds oldest racecourse, The Roodee is a 10min walk from the apartment, with several race events through the year. The recently renovated indoor Chester Market has become a magnet for foodies with its bars and food stalls.
There is an abundance of cultural events throughout the year, including food and music festivals.
