The cottage is a mid terraced thatched cottage. It is in a small village which has a pub with restaurant in countryside overlooking the River Exe valley.

On the ground floor is a sitting room and kitchen diner with an upstairs containing two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

It has an enclosed terraced garden.

Aylesbeare is a village close to the Cathedral city of Exeter with it`s rail and Air connections.

Nearby are the coastal towns of Exmouth, Sidmouth and Buddleigh Salterton, inland the countryside and pebble bed heaths offer walks and outdoor pursuits. Within a forty minute drive are, Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills for exploring further afield.
