House in the Lake District

My home is an end of terrace house in the Lake District. It is newly built but has the look and feel of a cottage. The living space is open plan with an open staircase to the upstairs.

There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a second smaller bedroom with two single beds and a very small third bedroom. All bedrooms have stunning views. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.

Outside there is a lawned area to the side and the front.

There is an allocated parking bay in a private car park for the houses in the row.

About the location

I live in the heart of the Lake District at the bottom of a mountain. It is quite simply beautiful. The village is small but has two pubs and a very popular coffee shop attached to the Village Hall. There are plenty of walks that can be done from the house from mountains and fells to easier strolls. I am 4 miles from Derwentwater and close to Ullswater, Grasmere and Windermere.
