Gateway to Cradle Mountain centrally located

Our home is located in the city centre and has a lovely new interior as it’s undergone full renovations in 2022. There’s a cozy fireplace for winter nights but if you prefer a heater the reverse cycle heating is available to you.
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for that added privacy and a small courtyard at the back with off street parking.
Everything is purposefully low maintenance so more time can be spend outdoors exploring or travelling. We have gone low maintenance in order to enjoy life a lot more.
We also have an apartment in downtown Perth in Western Australia that we would be happy to make available to you if you are travelling around exploring a bit more of Australia.

About the location

You don’t really need a car to get around this location as all restaurants, cafes, supermarket and even the beach are within walking distance to the house. It is very convenient.
If you do get a rental car, there’s a multitude of hiking tracks and beaches a short drive away for you to explore as well as a multitude of waterfalls such as
Montezuma and Champagne Falls.
Devonport really is the gateway to Cradle Mountain but some of my favorites are Brunei Island, Maria Island and Port Arthur.
If you are not the outdoors type the wine trail is also a favorite with wineries such as Ghost Rock, Eastford Creek or Cider at Spreyton Cider, Hellyers Distillery, Southern Wild Gin. Lots to see and do in the area.
