We have a bright, modern kitchen with access to the back garden with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. The kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our spacious, comfortable living room has a cosy wood burning stove and television with Sky channels, Netflix and Prime Video.
Upstairs, there is a good sized master bedroom and a further two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one with a cot. The bathroom is newly refurbished with a bath and shower.

About the location

Our house is situated in a fantastic location in the vibrant city of Brighton. We are on a quiet road, close to two lovely parks and within a 20 minute walking distance of the colourful North Laine with its host of independent shops and restaurants. Even closer to our house, we have several lovely family-friendly pubs and every Saturday there is a small farmers’ market selling excellent local produce. We have access to many different bus routes and are situated very close to a train station with regular trains to central Brighton (3 mins) or other popular coastal locations.

Brighton is a free-thinking city in the heart of Sussex with a blend of sea and countryside, combined with modern culture and interesting architecture. With its majestic Regency squares and crescents, iconic Royal Pavilion and famous piers, Brighton is well-known for being a welcoming and diverse city with a passion for culture and creativity.

At the foot of the South Downs, Brighton is also within easy reach of many beautiful rural locations such as the market towns of Lewes or Arundel, Devil’s Dyke, Ditching and Seven Sisters Country Park.

From Brighton station you can hop on a fast train to london in 50 minutes. Gatwick airport is 40 minutes by car and 30 minutes by train.
