Cosy Victorian terraced house

Built in late 18th century to house the Bulmers employees, our home is typical of Victorian terraced houses; we have beautiful fireplaces, high ceilings and a long narrow garden. We have a small playroom at the front of the house where our young children like to play and read. The living room is warm and cosy, complete with a log burner leading to the corridor style kitchen and dining area. Our favourite place is definitely the garden where our children can run around and explore while we enjoy a coffee on our patio. Our garden is always peaceful and full of birds. On the first floor we have two bedrooms - a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a children`s room/nursery. The bathroom has a bath and a powerful shower. Upstairs on the second floor there is a decent sized attic room with a double sized bed and a children`s bed and even air conditioning for those hot summer nights we seem to be having more often in the UK.

About the location

About 15 minutes walk away from the beautiful cathedral city Hereford and a few minutes away from the stunning River Wye, we are in the middle of a quiet yet friendly neighbourhood full of Victorian houses. We may be biased but we believe that we are very lucky to live in one of the most picturesque areas in England in the Wye Valley and spend most weekends paddleboarding, hiking and cycling in the gorgeous countryside. It is easy to reach the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains, Hay-on-Wye, Malvern Hills etc. A fabulous base to have an adventure or explore the quaint towns and villages whilst soaking in some of the oldest history in the uk.
