Pretty Cornish Cottage with large kitchen and garden

Filled with eclectic styles, our house reflects our creative family. Its is a comfortable place to relax with a large sunny kitchen and with a large garden with outdoor seating and BBQ. During the winter months we have a wood burning stove and logs outside.

The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 -8 + there is a large sofa to loaf on. From the kitchen you walk through into a separate large sitting room with 2 sofas, TV and turntable.

The cottage has 1 large master bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room + toilet. Two further double rooms with double beds on the same floor and a bathroom downstairs with a jacuzzi bath + shower.

We have 2 cats ( who will probably hide when you are here). They have a cat flap and are very independent . We would be grateful if you could feed them, but if you prefer or are away for a night, we can ask a neighbour to pop in a do it instead. The cats are generally kept out of the spare bedrooms due to any visitors having allergies.

The cottage is in a rural location but semi detached and we have lovely neighbours who will be happy to help should you need it.

About the location

Our pretty cosy cottage is based in the Helford passage made famous by Daphne Du Maurier. We are a 5 min walk to the local village shop in the pretty village of Constantine and the music venue the Tolmen centre.

Situated a short 18 min drive to Falmouth with its shops and restaurants. Falmouth also has several sandy beaches with life gaurds + Cafes including Gylly beach, swanpool, and church cove. We are in a great location to explore the North coast with its stunning beaches, the lizard peninsular and Godrevy with its lighthouse + seal watching, or you can explore the south west coast path and we have lots of amenities nearby including a local bus, but you will need a car.
