Llangloffan Manse
This is our main home, it was originally a large property that we have recently adapted so we can close off to create a self-contained 3 bedroom cottage one side (our other listing) and this side which we live in, however it can also open up on both floors to be one large home with 6 bedrooms, for bigger gatherings when friends and family visit.
We rent the cottage from Easter to the end of October, and we do the changeovers ourselves on Fridays. During the peak holiday season we can exchange on our main home, but would need to ensure that we have someone to do the changeovers if we are not here to do them ourselves.
Out of season or in weeks with no holiday bookings we could exchange on either home, or possibly would consider both if someone is looking for a bigger property.
Our home has an entrance hall that is also a garden room, leading into a lovely kitchen with 4 oven Aga, gas hob and electric oven, corner larder fridge, freezer and integrated coffee machine. There is a double height dining room with stained glass window, and a large sitting room with a log burner. There is a utility corridor with downstairs WC and separate laundry room. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, all en-suite, two with king size beds and one with a standard double.
Outside there is a private garden with bbq and firepit, and a driveway that is shared with our other property, there is space for 4 cars on the drive.
About the location
The north Pembrokeshire coast is beautiful - rugged, unspoilt, with many beaches to choose from. Out of the main season you can frequently find you are the only people on the beach! There is a variety of lovely towns around us, including Fishguard and Newport (Pembs) as well as St Davids, the smallest city in Britain.
Pembrokeshire has over 55 beaches, some of our favourites are Whitesands, Marloes, Newport but there are lots to explore. There are many activities to enjoy on water and land, including kayaking, coasteering, wild swimming, sauna on the beach, drive-in cinema in the summer months (overlooking the sea), horse riding or of course, walking the incredible Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Enjoy one of the many boat trips to the Pembrokeshire islands, where you can see puffins, seals, a wide range of seabirds, dolphins and porpoises and if you are lucky, maybe a whale too. There is pottery and local craft activities, as well as local gardens and castles, year-round music and festival programmes and various theatre and cinema events. Not forgetting theme parks and activities for younger children too.
You can also pop over to Ireland as we are just 15 minutes drive from the Fishguard ferry to Rosslare.
