It offers a semi-open plan living room / play room downstairs, downstairs toilet, spacious kitchen diner with French doors opening onto brand new patio back garden with BBQ, outdoor seating, table and BBQ.
Upstairs three generous sized bedrooms provide one double bed, one double bed with bunk bed and the master bedroom has a super-king sized floor bed. There`s also another toilet and bathroom with bath and shower.
Fantastic location with three large play parks within walking distance (Preston Park, Blakers Park and the Level) and many bus and train connections to Brighton city, beach and London.
About the location
The house is on a quiet leafy road, just a few steps away from several cafes and bus stops and London Road train station. A short walk away is the quaint Fiveways shopping area with bakeries, deli, coop, bookshop craft shop, fruit and groceries. A short bus hop away is busier London Road area with many more amenities to offer.
We have three play parks within walking distance - Blakers Park, Preston Park and the Level (with water park May-September 10am-3pm).
The beach is not far away and Brighton offers many restaurants, cafes, bars and things to do for all ages and tastes. The Lanes are not to be missed with art everywhere and many independent shops, vintage and of all genres.
The South Downs are not far, with Devil`s Dyke and Stanmer Park only 10 minutes drive, or short bus or train (Falmer station) away. This is a beautiful location being near to the city and very close to Hollingbury woods, on the edge of the city.
