Big flat in Central Vienna

Our big and sunny flat is located in the central 1060 district of Vienna. The flat is on the 3rd floor, no elevator (new building, not hard to walk up the stairs as it´s short). It is very sunny and with lots of sky.

The flat has a big living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a kid´s room with a single bed and a study with a sofa that can transform into double bed plus separate kitchen, bath and toilet.

Our home is not a modern luxurious apartment, but rather a bohemian nest with vintage furniture, plants and art.

About the location

The location is perfect: 3 minutes to the U4 metro line (Margaretengürtel), 3 minutes to U6 metro line (Gumpendorfrerstraße), bus 57A just round the corner. It takes 10 minutes to the very touristic center of Vienna either by bus or by metro .One of the liveliest city streets Gumpendorferstraße is literally round the corner, it has lots of cafes, bars and shops. The famous Vienna aquarium is 10 minutes walk, the Schönbrunn park and Zoo is also very near. Mariahilferstraße, Vienna´s main shopping street, is in the 10 minutes walk distance.
