Modern sea view apartment less than 10 minutes from beach

This is a holiday home I use occasionally and was built-in 2010. The balcony has a wonderful sea views towards Corfu facing South from the 5th floor.

There is an open plan kitchen living room with small dining table sofa bed which is only suitable for 1 person. Fitted kitchen with basic supplies and a new full size black fridge freezer bottles last year.

However another person or two children could fit on the floor if an air bed was brought.
There is a superking size double bed in the bedroom with lots of storage space.

A small shower room with sink and toilet.

About the location

Saranda has ancient city origins from Greek times. There is the remains of an ancient Jewish or Christian temple.

This Establish seaside town is a couple of miles from corfu Town port by ferry Or a few hours by coach from the capital of albania Tirana.

Open visiting this beautiful location with very calm clean water for swimming and relatively cheap restaurants for around fourteen years.

It does recently become much more widely known and popular especially on tiktok.

It is a few kilometres by bus or taxi to the edge beaches of Ksamil, which is being touted as the Maldives of Europe for the clear shallow water. It`s really a very special place and always a lovely experience.

It`s a small term friendly atmosphere. Family friendly with no iscling, etc. in the main promenade. However, there`s more of a night club seen feather along the festival road towards Ksamil.

The climate is lovely hot in July and August, more comfortable in May, June, September and October.
