A 4 bed detached house with front and back garden and parking for 2 cars.
The back garden has a good sized patio area with gas BBQ, fire pit, hammock and a 6 seater table.
A large, comfortable sitting room with TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney plus) and SONOS soundbar and SONOS1 surround for cinema sound. The corner sofa and gas fire make it the ultimate place to relax!
The L-shaped kitchen-diner includes a snug over looking the garden, with a sofa and armchair and an oversized velux window which keeps it light - an ideal spot for reading and relaxing.
The Kitchen is well fitted with SONOS sound system, Range Cooker, Air fryer, Microwave & all the cooking pots/pans etc you could possibly need to cook up a storm - and in case you are looking for inspiration there are several dozen cookbooks to delve into. The dining table can seat up to 6 people.
Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a desk which can be used as an office if needed (Good Wifi throughout the house) - there is also a downstairs toilet.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, single bedroom, a family bathroom (with bath and electric shower) and dressing room / 2nd office space (this can be used as another single room if needed - we can add a double height, single blow up mattress if you want to use this as a bedroom . There is one room which will be locked and out of bounds.

About the location

We are a 15 minute walk from the centre of the town which has a varied array of shops, coffee shops, deli's, pubs and restaurants and home to the award winning Barn Theatre. Every Saturday there is a historic farmers market with food and local crafts.

Known as the "Capital of the Cotswolds" Cirencester is ideally placed for exploring this beautiful part of the world, we are 20 minutes from Cheltenham, 1hr from Oxford and within 5-10 minutes drive you have a myriad of cotswold villages and country pubs and walks.

Tetbury, Bibury, Bourton on the Water are nearby and the Cotswold Water Park is 10 minute drive, with water sports, lakes and the Cotswold Beach.
