Los Olivos Penthouse

Our home is set in the centre of La Manga Club with 3 x 18 hole golf courses, 28 tennis and padel courts and views over the sea. There is no need to have a car as the supermarket stocks a good range and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk. The 5* Grand Hyatt offers an indulgent spa and you'll find a pharmacy and petrol station with bakery within a 2 minute walk.

With vaulted ceilings in the living room, the apartment is light and airy. The master bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower, bedroom 2 has a south facing balcony. There is a large terrace off the living room with outdoor seating for 8 people and some sun loungers and chairs. Up a spiral staircase (take care) there is a third bedroom and further sun terrace with sun loungers and chairs.

We have 2 outdoor pools and a large indoor pool.

About the location

There are beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Callablanque has won awards for its miles of white sand and unspoilt national park. There is a small cove within the resort, a 25 minute walk from our apartment. Walking outside of the club is very beautiful, with stunning views and wildlife and clearly marked.

If you love tennis, golf or padel tennis, this is a dream location. However, plenty of non-players rent our place too. The rackets club has an amazing gym you can join for a day, a week, a month, or longer. There is horse riding in the next town and a sub diving club onsite. You can also rent bikes from the club. The club itself is set into hills so not suitable for disabled access. You'll enjoy time here if you like active breaks.
