Riverside Home
Located on the River Thames near Cookham, this is a contemporary house, built in 2020.
The interior is filled with light from the floor to ceiling windows and gives views of the large garden, river and Winter Hill.
The house has wooden floors, a roomy kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining room, large sitting room and utility/laundry room.
Mid-century furniture and lighting complement the modernist style of the architecture.
The house is ideal for a couple, but not suitable for young children, due to the proximity of the river.
Raised on steel posts with access stairs, the house is unfortunately also not suitable for disabled access.
About the location
The area is ideal for walking and exploring the many local footpaths, providing direct access to Winter Hill (a National Trust amenity) Cockmarsh and the Thames Path.
