Our home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms (2 showers), 2 living room, study, laundry and double garage eco-townhouse in Northcote - a popular inner-north suburb in Melbourne. We have a small back garden. Our development is new, with lots of shared green spaces. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners throughout for the summer and in the winter our a/c units provide heat. We also have electric panel heaters

About the location

Our location combines green walks and nature with easy transport to the city centre. We're located near the Merri Creek, with lovely walks from the door, and Ceres environmental centre (2 cafes, grocery store, market garden) a 5 minute walk away over the creek. We have 2 tram lines within walking distance from our house and both lines will get you to the heart of the city centre in 20-25 minutes. Northcote is a vibrant and much-loved suburb with lots of cafes, independent shops 2 cinemas, restaurants, music venues etc. Melbourne is a city that caters for all interests. Wonderful for classical and all kinds of music, theatre, cinema, sport and renowned for good food and drink.
