Loved Apartment

My home is a space filled with warmth and harmony. We live in a beautiful three-bedroom apartment with two balconies that offer a mesmerizing view of the Rhine, the longest river in Europe. Every time I step onto the balcony, I’m captivated by stunning sunsets and the tranquil flow of the river, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The apartment is infused with love and care, equipped with everything we need for a comfortable life. Spacious rooms and a thoughtful design make it the perfect place for relaxation and creativity. Every corner reminds me of cherished moments spent with loved ones. This home is our sanctuary, where we can be ourselves and enjoy life to the fullest. Our home is a charming three-room apartment with two balconies, each offering a unique perspective. From the balcony off the living room, you`ll have a stunning view of the Rhine River, winding its way through much of Europe. In the summer, we love to spend our evenings there, sharing a glass of white wine, good conversation, and watching the sunset.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There are two cozy bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed and its own television. In the living room, you’ll find a large TV, perfect for movie nights, as well as a dining table that seats six.

For book lovers, there’s an extensive collection in English, Finnish, and German. Our home offers an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility—a place to relax and feel truly at peace.

About the location

Our apartment is located in Schaffhausen, a charming town filled with history, nature, and unforgettable experiences. Just 1 km from our home, you’ll find the spectacular Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall, where you can take boat rides close to the falls or enjoy panoramic views from observation platforms.

Right near our building, there’s a lovely park where friendly goats live. They’re quite tame and always run up to people, hoping for a treat like a carrot—making it a delightful stop for animal lovers and families alike.

A short walk away, you’ll also find a small local beach where residents swim all summer long. The water in the Rhine is exceptionally clean, warm, and crystal clear, with a gentle, steady current that makes swimming safe and wonderfully refreshing—a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy sunny days.

The town itself is known for its medieval charm, with narrow streets, colorful facades, and the iconic Munot Fortress, where historic towers offer breathtaking views of the Rhine and surrounding vineyards. Schaffhausen also has excellent museums, galleries, and scenic walking and cycling trails along the river.

In addition, Schaffhausen offers an array of delightful cafes and restaurants where you can savor both local Swiss cuisine and European specialties. When it’s time to relax, you’ll find this neighborhood to be the perfect blend of Swiss tranquility, history, nature, and culinary delights.
