Large family home in West Wicklow

Large modern house in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. Our house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges, large kitchen, dining room, and a playroom on the top floor. At the front there is a drive for one large or two small cars.

At the back there is a large garden with polytunnel and lots of flowers in the summer! The patio is covered and has a picnic table so you can sit out whatever the weather.

About the location

We are right in the centre of Blessington, walking distance to a choice of shops, the start of the Greenway and the bus stop.

West Wicklow is largely a rural area, and home to the Wicklow Mountains and the Blessington Lakes. It is very beautiful and perfect for those keen on hiking, horseriding, rowing, and so on.

We are ten minutes away from the famous gardens of June Blake and Jimmi Blake (Hunting Brook). Ten minutes in the other direction is Russborough House, wonderful art, café and great walking.

We are a short drive from cute Wicklow villages such as Hollywood and Grangecon, both of which boast destination cafés.

We are also not far from Dublin. It's about a 45 minute drive to the city centre. It's 30 minutes to the Dundrum Town Centre if shopping is your thing. There is also a direct bus from Blessington into central Dublin which is great for going out for dinner or to the theatre.

We have one friendly and independent cat.
