Charming Cornish farmhouse with access to pool, soft play and private woodlands

Edwardian farmhouse set on a very small farm cottage site with access to an indoor pool, and soft play centre. Large garden with trampoline and climbing bars. Beautiful location in historic south Cornwall. I will close off our bedrooms but the house has a large kitchen with Sandyford stove and large sitting rooms. We have two cats.

About the location

Our home is between Lostwithiel, the ancient home of the first Duke of Cornwall and the creekside village of Lerryn.

Nearby sites include the Eden Project, Restormel Castle and Lanhydrock House. Gorgeous beaches and superb wild swimming coves from 8 miles away.
