Beautifully renovated apartment in heart of Palma, Mallorca's charming Old Town

Our apartment is right in the center of the Old Town of Palma on the gorgeous Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Walk everywhere--the famous Mercat Olivar market is around the corner, steps to the main square, close to public transporation hubs--and even walk (or bike) to the beach!

We recently renovated it to the highest standards. Bleached oak floors, comfortable but elegant furnishings, new cook's kitchen with all steel appliances and all the gadgets you could hope for. On the first floor, but two elevators means you won't have trouble carrying luggage or groceries up the stairs. Beautiful 30-square-meter terrace blooming with flowers. Front balcony that runs the length of the living room, with floor-to ceiling double-glazed windows. Bright and cheerful. Although in the center of the Old Town, we're on a quiet, traffic-restricted street and when windows are closed it is blessedly quiet. AC and heating throughout.
