The kitchen is modern and fully integrated with marble effect worktops. the lounge /diner offers a homely feel with air conditioning and ceiling fans, as do the bedrooms except bedroom 3 which just features ceiling fans ( however its a cool room )

A private 8 x 4 metre private pool at the rear of the property, extensive terraces including pool, roof and inner courtyard provide many areas for enjoying the sun/shade and al fresco dining.

Access to the villa is straightforward with the last 500m on a well maintained track that serves here and other properties.

About the location

5 minutes drive from our villa is our white washed Spanish village, which offers all daily amenities, small supermarket, bank, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, 4 bars all serving tapas and food during the day and evening. The village has a mix of Spanish and English residents all welcoming.
The coast line and beaches of towns such as Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera to name a few are only 25 minutes drive away. All these offer larger commercial shopping and restaurants along with beach bars etc.
The airport of Almeria is under 1 hour away, Murica 1 hr 45 min and Alicante 2 hours
