Our home has two double bedrooms (1 x King and 1 x Double) and a kids room with bunk bed for 2 children. Downstairs with have a semi open plan kitchen and living room which is spacious and light with a large couch and TV. There is also a small reception room at the front of the house also with a tv, a smaller couch and a chair. The bathroom is downstairs and we have a small garden which is accessible at the rear however we haven’t done any work to it yet so it’s not much to look at currently! However there is a table and chairs for sitting outside and a lawn.

About the location

We live in a great area near to pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, a lovely park and the house is short walk into the city centre (about 15 minutes). We’ve found our street to be quiet and safe.

There is plenty to do in the city but there are also lovely beaches from around a 40 minute drive away and lots to do in the surrounding countryside including national trust attractions and adventure parks etc.
