Closest beaches to the main airport just 50 minutes away, on the Pacific Coast between Jaco and Puntarenas. Three of the nicest resorts in Costa Rica, Villa Caletas, Marriott Los Sueños and Punta Leona, are all within 40 minutes of the house.

Air conditioned, pool with outdoor shower and hammock area, open air covered garage with 4 hammock chairs for hanging out in any weather. Can sleep 5 as singles or up to 8 as couples. Fully equipped kitchen, many markets and restaurants nearby.

We have the sight and sound of the ocean, 3 beaches at the end of our road, and macaws and parrots visit daily. Mangos in season now, and our private 35 acre community of 12 homes was once a mango farm.

My home was the developers place, surrounded by vacant lots on all sides. Nice pool to cool you. Best to rent car for this location.

About the location

We are out about 10 miles from the Pacific Coast highway. Very peaceful here, once all mango and teak farms, but cloae to the bars and night life should you seek it. Looking out to Carera National Park mountain range where there is a waterfall hike, zip lines, horseback riding, crocodile river boat tours, golf, beaches, surfing lessons, parasailing and Charter fishing.
