Our house is spacious and light with a large open kitchen and lounge area. The house is surrounded by native trees and plants with abundant bird life. There are three bedrooms (one being used as a study) and a bathroom/separate toilet upstairs. There is also a small mezzanine / balcony overlooking the garden with views to Auckland city.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet downstairs. The kitchen is large and bright with modern whiteware. Easy access to the outside decking (which surrounds the house) and seating areas.

The house is very private with its own driveway, double garage and gates.

About the location

Our house is situated in the Waitakere area of Auckland. We are surrounded by beautiful native bush but only five minutes by car (fifteen minute walk) from the centre of Titirangi with its own art gallery and numerous cafes/restaurants.

The house is one of fifteen on a quiet cul de sac. The Waitakere area is renowned for its walking/tramping paths and world class beaches. There is a view of Auckland and the sea from the house.

Auckland city is a twenty five minute drive - with its many concert halls, theatres and restaurants. Public transport is also an option.
